Young Faculty Development

The Young Faculty Development programme was created by AFEM to support the evolving needs of all young faculty who are at the forefront of emergency care in Africa. The programme creates avenues for mentorship relationships to develop between younger practitioners and more well-established emergency care providers, and facilitates networking and continuing education activities.
